On Wednesdays, every whiskey pour, whiskey cocktail, and wine and sangria pour is 50% off all day. This is a terrific time to try out our selection of 7 different whiskeys. If beer is your preference, Thursdays are for you. Every Thursday, all draft pours of beer and cider are 50% off, including cider.

Reservations are not required at Bier Distillery, and you’ll rarely have trouble finding a table, though we do take call-ahead seating. Call 10 minutes before your expected arrival and we’ll hold a table for you for 15 minutes past that time.
